Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- You may return your StudyRemote within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Initiate a Return

- Include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- Once approved, a return shipping label will be sent to you via email.
Please note: You have 14 days to process the return after receiving the label. After this window, the label will be voided and the order will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
